Karishma Vachani, co-founder of Mighty Theory, brings together psychology, marketing, and a deep understanding of human behavior. A graduate in Psychology from King’s College London with a Master’s in Marketing Strategy and Innovation from Cass Business School, she has always been passionate about how people connect with products and brands. Her career reflects a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and clear communication — qualities that shape the foundation of Mighty Theory.
Karishma founded the brand with a straightforward belief: skincare should be simple, rooted in science, and deliver visible results. Having observed how much of the industry relied on passing trends or unnecessarily complex routines, she envisioned a more honest approach. By combining evidence-based formulations with accessibility, she aims to empower people with products that they can trust and truly see working for their skin. For Karishma, Mighty Theory is more than a brand — it is a movement toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful self-care.

Deepak Kumar, co-founder of Mighty Theory, brings over 13 years of expertise across product innovation, development, operations, and quality. With an M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics and the distinction of being a university topper, he has combined academic excellence with hands-on experience at leading organizations. From heritage giants like Dabur and Times Group to new-age disruptors such as The Moms Co. and The Good Glamm Group, his journey reflects a consistent commitment to integrity and consumer safety.
Recognized for his scientific rigor, Deepak has filed an international patent under WIPO & PCT and published in respected global journals, establishing himself as both an innovator and thought leader in his field. With Mighty Theory, he envisions a new standard for skincare — one where safe, effective, science-backed formulations replace empty promises. For him, the brand is not about chasing trends but about solving real consumer problems. His mission is to rebuild trust in skincare, creating products that genuinely serve and deliver lasting value.
