Refund & Return Policy

At Mighty Theory, we take pride in creating high-performance skincare backed by science. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure product safety while being fair to our customers.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery on below conditions
  • Products must be:
  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging with seal intact
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
  • Opened or used products
  • Products with tampered seals
  • Items purchased during sale/discount (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:
  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

Once verified:

  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after quality check of returned product
  • Approved refunds will be credited to:
  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer (for COD orders)
  • Timeline:
  • 5–7 working days for processing
  • Additional time may depend on your bank/payment provider
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable for:
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong product delivered
  • We do not offer exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Skin suitability concerns

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will arrange:
  • Reverse pickup (where serviceable), or
  • Provide return shipping instructions

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Important Notes

  • We recommend doing a patch test before use
  • Skincare results may vary; dissatisfaction due to results is not eligible for return
  • Mighty Theory reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
